A MIRACLE IN EGYPT

MIRACLE IN EGYPT

We really don't understand real persecution, do we?)A Muslim man in Egypt killed his wife because she was reading the Bible and then buried her with their infant baby and an 8-year old daughter.

The girls were buried alive! He then reported to the police that an uncle killed the kids. 15 days later, another family member died. When they went to bury him, they found the 2 little girls under the sand... ALIVE!

The country is outraged over the incident, and the man will be executed. The older girl was asked how she had survived and she says: 'A man wearing shiny white clothes, with bleeding wounds in his hands, came every day to feed us. He woke up my mom so she could nurse my sister,' she said. She was interviewed on Egyptian national TV, by availed Muslim woman news anchor.

She said on public TV, 'This was none other than Jesus, because nobody else does things like this!' Muslims believe Isa (Jesus) would do this, but the wounds mean He really was crucified, and it's clear also that He is alive! But, it's also clear that the child could not make up a story like this, and there is no way these children could have survived without a true miracle. Muslim leaders are going to have a hard time to figure out what to do with this, and the popularity of the Passion movie doesn't help! With Egypt at the center of the media and education in the Middle East, you can be sure this story will spread..

Christ is still turning the world upside down! Please let this story be shared. The Lord says, 'I will bless the person who puts his trust in me. 'Jeremiah 17.

Please forward to all on your list and God will reward you abundantly! Mark 8:38 which says, 'Therefore whosoever shall be ashamed of Me and my Words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man shall also be ashamed of him when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels'.

Don't worry if those you have forwarded will respond or do anything with this message, just fulfill your part and shake off your dust...!Jesus loves you..!

God can heal your broken heart!

There are many scriptures that pretain to healing of the broken hearted!
Psalm 34:18 says that God is near to the broken hearted
Psalm 147:3 states that God heals the broken heart and binds up there wounds

In my experience most peoples physical pain is caused because of there deep emotional pain. All of us have some sort of emotional pain in our lifes, but the great thing is that God wants to heal your pain. Well how goes he do it? some of you may ask.
You need to realize that God knows you more than you know yourself, allow him to take you back to the place where you first felt the feeling of hurt! whether thats hurt abandonment, depression, or suicide. You have to feel that pain and than allow God to speak what he thought about the situation. Its amazing the results you see when God begins to minister straight to your heart!

Healing and Miracles In Worship

Is it possible to find healing in worship?

When you are sick or hurting there are many different ways to go to find a solution to your problem. But during the Exodus period there were few places to look for healing other than God. Sure there were primitive medicines and oils that provided some help, but no real answer to help solve complicated diseases.

During the Exodus the Israelites sought God for their healing and they would do this through performing a sacrifice, or offering. Sacrifices were a form of worship and showed there respect and honor for the power of there God.

In the Church one of our forms of sacrifice is through worship, i believe that we can actually access the healing annointing through our worship of him. Take some time to worship God in your own home and see what happens!

Miracles in Christianity

All religions have the their own sorts of miracles. Buddha, Confucius, Zoroaster, and Mohammed all worked wonders themselves. The masses admired these miracles, and the legends about the leaders group up around their miracles.

The comparative history of religion teaches us that these miracles follow a certain pattern in all religions, and patterns include even the major miracle of the Old and New Testaments. The discovery of a fountain of water in the desert, the apparition in flames, the supernatural physical force in slaying of animals, the healing of the sick, the feeding of a crowd from a small supply of food, the change of water into wine, the escape from prison, and the virgin birth may be found in almost all religions.

In the case of Christian miracles, there can be no doubt that the personality of Jesus Christ was so outstanding that it's effects have been outstanding, too. Jesus Himself never emphasized His miracles, but considered them merely as signs of His participation in the Divine. Christians believe that such miracles were performed so that the people may further realize the Divine in Jesus.

As human being, people are inclined to believe only those things which they have seen for themselves. Jesus showed them miracles to strengthen their faith in Him. Jesus made them witness His miracles so that they may become witnesses to future Christian generations. Jesus used these miracles so that the people would see the power of Christ. Through these miracles, Jesus prepared His people to see the biggest miracles of all - dying on the Cross, resurrecting after three days, and giving the gift of salvation to those willing to receive it.

A Great Catch of Fish
Luke 5: 1 - 11 One day Jesus was standing on the shore of lake Gennesaret while the people pushed their way up to him to listen to the word of God.

2 He saw two boats pulled up on the beach; the fishermen had left them and were washing the nets.
3 Jesus got into one of the boats-it belonged to Simon-and asked him to push off a little from the shore. Jesus sat in the boat and taught the crowd.
4 When he finished speaking, he said to Simon, "Push the boat out further to the deep water, and you and your partners let down your nets for a catch.
" 5 "Master," Simon answered, "we worked hard all night long and caught nothing. But if you say so, I will let down the nets.
" 6 They let them down and caught such a large number of fish that the nets were about to break.
7 So they motioned to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. They came and filled both boats so full of fish that the boats were about to sink.
8 When Simon Peter saw what had happened, he fell on hid kneed before Jesus and said, "Go away from me, Lord! I am a sinful man!"
9 He and the others with him were all amazed at the large number of fish they had caught.
10 The same was true of Simon's partners, James and John, the sons of Zebedee. Jesus said to Simon, "Don't be afraid; from now on you will be catching men."
11 They pulled the boats up on the beach, left everything and followed Jesus.
Jesus Walks on the Water

Matthew 14:22-32 22

Then Jesus made the disciples get into the boat and go ahead to the other side of the lake, while he sent the people away.
23 After sending the people away, he went up a hill by himself to pray. When evening came, Jesus was there alone;
24 and by the time the boat was far out in the lake, tossed about by the waves, because the wind was blowing against it.
25 Between three and six o' clock in the morning Jesus came to the disciples, walking on the water.
26 When they saw him walking on the water, they were terrified. "It's a ghost!" they said, and screamed with fear.
27 Jesus spoke to them at once. "Courage!" he said. "It is I. Don't be afraid!"
28 Then Peter spoke up, "Lord, if it is really you, order me to come out on the water to you.
" 29 "Come!" answered Jesus. So Peter got out of the boat and started walking on the water to Jesus.
30 But when he noticed the strong wind, he was afraid and started to sink down the water. "Save me, Lord!" he cried.
31 At once Jesus reached out and grabbed hold of him and said, "What little faith you have! Why did you doubt?"
32 They both got into the boat, and the wind died down.
33 Then the disciples in the boat worshipped Jesus. "Truly you are the Son of God!" they exclaimed.

Prayers

Prayers

My Lord
Lord, I want to love you, yet I'm not sure. I want to trust you, but I'm afraid of being taken in. I know I need you, yet I'm ashamed of the need. I want to pray, yet I'm afraid of being a hypocrit. I need my independence, yet I fear to be alone. I want to belong, yet I must be myself. Take me, Lord, yet leave me alone. Lord, I believe, help thou my unbelief. O Lord, if you are there, you do understand, don't you? Give me what I need but leave me free to choose. Help me to work it out my own way, but don't let me go. Let me understand myself, but don't let me despair. Come to me,O Lord - I want you. Lighten my darkness - but don't dazzle me. Help me to see what I need to do and give me the grace to do it. O Lord, I believe; help thou my unbelief.

Late have I loved You, O Beauty so ancient and so new; late have I loved You. For behold, You were within me and I was outside; and I sought You outside and in my unloveliness fell upon all those lovely things that You have made. You were with me, but I was not with You. I was kept from You by those things, yet had they not been in You, they would not have been at all. You called and cried to me to break open my deafness: You sent out Your beams and shone upon me and chased away my blindness: You breathed fragrance upon me, and I drew in my breath and now I pant for You: I tasted You, and now I hunger and thirst for You: You have touched me, and now I burn for Your peace.

O my God, how does it happen in this poor old world that you are so great and yet nobody finds you, that you call so loudly and yet nobody hears you, that you are so near and yet nobody feels you, that you give yourself to everybody and yet nobody knows your name? We flee from you and say we cannot find you; we turn our backs and say we cannot see you; we stop our ears and say we cannot hear you.

God, I have no idea where I am going. I do not see the road ahead of me. I cannot know for certain where it will end. Nor do I really know myself, and the fact that I think that I am following your will does not mean that I am actually doing so. But I believe that the desire to please you does in fact please you. And I hope that I have that desire in all that I am doing. I hope that I will never do anything apart from that desire. And I know that if I do this you will lead me by the right road though I may know nothing about it. Therefore will I trust you always though I may seem to be lost and in the shadow of death. I will not fear, for you are ever with me, and will never leave me to face my perils alone. Amen.
